Do you offer free next-day UK delivery?
Yes, we offer free next-day delivery on all our furniture orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday.
Are there any exceptions to next-day delivery?
Yes, garden furniture may take an additional 24 hours to arrive, as it is delivered by a specialist heavy goods carrier.
Do you offer same-day collections?
Yes, same-day collections are available between 2 PM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email for verification.
What are your collection hours?
Our normal collection times are 10 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Returns Information
What is your returns policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. Products must be in a resaleable condition, with original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes, we offer FREE returns for UK customers using DPD UK. You can either:
- Return the item yourself
- Or let us arrange a free courier collection for you
Please note: Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging to qualify for free return.

What if I’m returning from outside the UK?
You will need to cover return shipping costs. We can help arrange international collection—contact us for a quote.
Faulty or Damaged Items
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. We will need photographic evidence to process replacements or refunds.

In-Person Collections & Returns
Can I collect or return my order in person?
Yes—if you're located near Leicester, you're welcome to collect or return items at our office.
Collections available:
- Same-day: 2 PM – 5 PM (with order confirmation)
- Regular hours: 10 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Returns in person:
Please call 2 hours ahead for replacements or faulty returns.
To arrange this, call our Customer Care team on 0116 296 3470. We’ll provide the full address and prepare your order or replacement.
